Satisfaction Guarantee

At Hanwave, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your product, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original, sealed packaging. Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted due to health and hygiene regulations, and will not be refunded. Please use a suitable shipping box to protect the items during transit.

Unclaimed Packstation Orders If an order is not collected from the Packstation and is returned to us, we will issue a refund for the product amount (e.g. the hair mask). Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable in such cases.


How to Start a Return

Return Process

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Processing and Refunds

Once we receive your return at our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. After processing, we will refund the original payment method used for the purchase. It may take 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
