At Hanwave, we offer free shipping for orders over €50 within Germany. We also ship to other EU countries. Please note that once an order is placed, it cannot be altered or canceled.

Orders are shipped during business hours, Monday to Friday. Orders placed outside these hours will be processed on the next business day.

If your product arrives damaged or broken, please email us at info@hanwave.com. We will help you resolve the issue promptly.
Courier Responsibility
Once your order leaves our warehouse, the courier is responsible for its delivery. If your package is stolen or does not arrive, please file a claim on the courier’s website. If the issue remains unresolved, contact us, and we will assist you.
